Performance Management

Regular, structured, focused feedback and clear communication regarding expectations are paramount to any professional development program. Our Performance Planning Process (P3) provides the opportunity for manager and employee to meet several times a year to discuss business objectives and goals as well as progress toward these goals. Additionally, employees complete a Professional Development Plan with their managers to identify and highlight appropriate training opportunities, assignment rotation and mentor relationships.

Mentor Program

Employees have the opportunity to participate in our mentor program as a mentor or a protégé — a great way to share your skills and industry experiences or learn some new ones. Mentors and protégés are matched based on skills, abilities and background.
